Welcome to Table 18 Productions L.L.C. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Table 18 Productions L.L.C. provides video production and event media services including pre-production, filming, post-production editing, and content delivery. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement signed by the client.
Invoices are generated by project milestone or agreed billing schedule. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in the immediate suspension of production services and final deliverables.
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, all creative assets produced by Table 18 Productions L.L.C. become the property of the client upon full payment. Table 18 Productions L.L.C. retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes.
The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary accounts (Google Analytics, CMS, etc.) and approvals. Delays by the client may affect project timelines.
Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement with a standard 30-day written notice, or as specified in the Service Agreement.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Table 18 Productions L.L.C. is registered.
